A Filmmakers' Masterclass
It was nice to participate in the Amnesia Production, a professional filmmaking master class that ran over two intensive days in 2024. My role was a BTS cameraman for both stills and films that enabled me capturing the essence of the creative process and gained valuable experience in teamwork, creative thinking, planning, and editing.
The role required close collaboration with the crew to ensure the footage accurately represented the production without disrupting the main shoot. Patience and flexibility were essential for aligning with the team’s pace. I honed my creative eye by capturing moments that conveyed the mood and dedication behind the scenes, requiring quick thinking and adaptability.
Effective planning and time management allowed me to prioritize key moments within a tight schedule. I collaborated on editing to craft a coherent and engaging narrative through storytelling techniques. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the collaborative and multifaceted nature of filmmaking.
